The installer of the granite has to apply a granite sealer upon it, right after wiping it clean of dust which may accumulated from the installation, in order to prevent any type of dust or dirt to get into it. The sealer will preserve the granite for about a year, and so, it is recommended to apply it once a year and it is as simple as wiping the granite.
Daily Cleaning of Granite
The granite doesn’t require a special maintenance of any sort on the daily basis. You can simply wipe it with wet rag. Should oil or something similar spilled on it, you can wipe it with water and soap, and it will be like new again.
